Mr. Binnings is a Senior Partner with Summit Economics, an applied economics research and consulting firm. He has more than 35 years of experience in project management, economic and market research, business start-ups and turnarounds, real estate development, business analytics, public policy, and strategic planning. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Colorado College and his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College where he assisted with faculty research. His clients include businesses, non-profit organizations, and governments. Mr. Binnings’ perspectives are published through Colorado Biz Magazine and the Colorado Springs Business Journal. He also presents to audiences throughout Colorado on macro-economic, regional, and water issues and has taught undergraduate and graduate level courses at Regis and Webster Universities in business and economics. Mr. Binnings serves on several economic panels and is frequently interviewed by local, state, and national media. He has been advising CONO’s Board for a number of years and also served as a member representative from his HOA.
