  • Keith Thompson

    Director of Engagement

    Keith is a resident of Old Colorado City and has lived on the westside of Colorado Springs for most of his life. His professional focus is helping non-profit organizations bring awareness to community inequity and mobilizing individuals to overcome barriers to progress both internationally and locally. If he’s not building relationships in the community, you can be assured he’s on his mountain bike in Red Rock Open Space or North Cheyenne Canyon.

  • Brandon Eldridge

    Neighborhood University Facilitator

    As an Army brat, Brandon relocated to Colorado Springs in 1998 and attended Mitchell High School. Throughout his journey, he has dedicated his efforts to various nonprofits in the area, driven by a deep passion for community and economic development. Brandon's commitment to CONO and Neighborhood University is rooted in his belief in the power of collaboration and proactive initiatives. Embracing the philosophy that "life begins at the end of your comfort zone," Brandon is determined to embark on a fulfilling and adventurous journey.

    Marketing and Communications Specialist

    Mariah lives in downtown Colorado Springs, a resident of the area since 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in various professional sectors and is passionate about giving voice to others and fostering innovation. In her off time, she enjoys traveling around the world.

  • Matt Cooney

    GIS Project Manager

    Matt lives in the Divine Redeemer neighborhood and has 10 years of professional GIS (Geographic Information Systems) experience. He has been directing GIS efforts at Colorado College since 2016 where he specializes in teaching and learning, research, and community engagement. He has a passion for maps, cartography, and storytelling through digital resources. He is excited to be part of CONO where his passions can have a broader local impact. When he’s not working, you may run into him atop a 13’er or 14’er, in a stream fishing, or relaxing around the fire in a campground after a long hike.

  • Lelia Gibson-Green

    District 4 Community Coordinator

    Lelia has resided in the southeast region of Colorado Springs for over 30 years. She has over 25 years in the nonprofit sector with a deep and committed mission to educate, equip, and empower neighbors in the southeast community. She has volunteered countless hours on steering committees, neighborhood boards, and advocacy groups. Lelia finds her drive and passion from a conviction of faith to use her voice to bring awareness, dignity, and justice to all people within her community. Her motto is to “talk the talk” and “walk the walk.” In her spare time, she finds joy in creating artistic expressions through mixed media.

  • Michelle Hair

    District 5 Community Coordinator

    Michelle has lived in Colorado Springs District 5 since 1995. She has held numerous positions in the community for non-profits and recently served on the Friends of Boulder Park board. She currently works as a glass artist and teaches fused glass classes. In 2019, Michelle created and founded the wildly successful Neighborhood Arts + Crafts Crawl. This Arts Month event features neighbor artists/makers in Divine Redeemer and Middle Shooks Run neighborhoods who open up their creative spaces to other neighbors to visit, learn about their craft, and have the opportunity to purchase their artwork. She has always had a passion for creating community. Michelle also loves spending time relaxing at home with her husband Chris, and their 2 kitties.
