“Join or Die” Screening Sparks a Lively Call to Action!

Join or Die Community Screening

March 30th was an inspiring day for Cono as we partnered with Colorado College to host a screening of Join or Die—a powerful documentary that explores the decline of community connection in America. Featuring renowned political scientist Robert Putnam, the film raises essential questions about what makes democracy work and why our civic fabric is fraying.

Following the screening, guests enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by Picnic Basket Catering and engaged in thoughtful conversations about the importance of joining clubs, organizations, and efforts that bring people together. The event was a meaningful reminder that in the face of what the U.S. Surgeon General has declared an epidemic of loneliness and isolation, it’s up to all of us to take action.

Whether it’s by hosting a neighborhood gathering or simply showing up, every connection counts. Thank you to everyone who joined us in building momentum toward a more vibrant, connected community. If you missed the event, you can still catch Join or Die on Netflix—and we hope to see you at our next gathering!
